Ashlyn’s POV “Here!” Jessica stretched a rose before me. “It's Nico again!” Looking up from my desk, I asked, “Don’t you get exhausted working as a delivery guy for him?” She placed the rose on the desk, along with the card. Then as she took the chair beside me, she said, “There is nothing to be tired of on my part. It is Nico who must be exhausted. Paying for the flowers and having to send you handwritten apology notes every single day for you.” Taking the note, I went through the words spilled on it. ‘To my love, I AM SORRY!’ ‘So, cringe!’ I thought to myself. “If it's tiring, then he doesn't have to bother doing it,” I said to her and tore the note. “Come on! Not again!” Jessica grumbled, but I turned deaf to her words. Picking up the rose, I marched to the nearby trash bin.
