“She has not missed any meal at present. Also, she eats well on time.”
I pressed my phone against my ear, listening to the update of Ashlyn from her dorm manager.
“Today she had bread with strawberry jam, scrambled eggs, and fresh cow's milk!”
“Bread?” I made my way out of the office. “Is it white or brown bread?”
“White–”
“I told you to serve her healthy food, didn't I?” I asked coldly.
“Yes but–”
“So, why did you give her white bread? Don't you know how dangerous it might be? Are you playing around with her health? If so, then leave before I kick you out and find your replacement.”
Though I was not able to take care of her in person, I tried my best to provide her with all the best service. That might be the reason why I was not able to bear a single negligence.
