The royal pack, Crescent Warriors, and Alpha Lex are still fighting when Joaquin and Francemia arrive. Bryon and Riggins arrive a few minutes later. Joaquin wanted Francemia to sit this battle out. He knew that wasn’t happening. He’s glad that she can’t shift.
Alpha Lex's wolf, Byron, drops a wolf’s leg and attacks another wolf that is charging at him. Byron runs into the wolf's head, knocking the wolf back. He swung his claw, hitting the wolf's face, and causing the wolf to fall to the ground. Byron jumps on the wolf, mauling his chest.
