I grabbed the piece of toast Caspian had sitting on a plate for me before shoving it into my mouth. My feet almost tripping over the stuffed bear lying on the kitchen floor as I quickly spun and landed straight into my husband's arms.
"Babe, slow down..you're not going to be late..just take easy.." My husband stated calmly, his strong tattooed arms wrapping around my waist before bending down and kissing me deeply.
"It's my first day Cas..I don't want to make a bad impression." I grumbled, trying not to get sucked into this trap again.
"It's a fifteen minute drive..you have more than enough time."
