“I’m going to kill that girl!” I said through gritted teeth and held myself back from punching the dashboard. I was fuming with anger.
I couldn’t believe how stupid I was.
Why didn’t I listen to Valerie when she told me she didn’t cheat on me? Why didn’t I give her the benefit of the doubt?
She was even calling my phone but I couldn’t answer it.
I needed to stop blaming Jessica.
Everything was my fault.
I let my emotions get the best of me. I was insecure when it came to Jamal, so I just believed the lies she told me. I even went ahead to punch an innocent man.
I should’ve known better.
Jessica and Valerie didn’t have the best relationship. It made sense that she would formulate lies just to ruin her sister.
