We made our way inside, and I saw Christina, Patrick, and my grandmother all sitting at the table in her favorite sunroom. The plants were still in full bloom and the large bay windows let in a ton of natural light. Christina and Patrick turned as we walked in. And she jumped up from her chair and made her way over, throwing her arms around me. I was shocked at first but sank into the hug. She has been a really good friend so far. Patrick stood and gave Levi a handshake before pulling him into one of those one armed hugs a lot of guys do.
