“Can I invite my mom?” Pete asked Chanti. Every day, there were fewer guests and over half of the rooms were already empty. The season was finishing. Although Chanti informed them the hotel wouldn’t be entirely empty, since they had reservations until nearly the end of the year. The only week which she strongly reminded Pete to keep free while accepting reservations was the one when the town commemorated the event which took place a few years ago. During that time, a lot of citizens died in the huge fire. Pete hoped that would be the latest time when Mork would come back. He should come back to commemorate the death of his parents and bring them presents.
“Of course. You don’t even need to ask something like that. Just call her and invite her right away,” Chanti replied to him with a smil
