“You know we can’t stay here forever. You need to finish your school.” Pete’s mom nagged her son once again. She had always opened the subject after several days, when it looked like her son had got too used to the life in the hotel. She wished for him to come back and start the new semester, which was around the corner. Vee needed to go back home and finish his studies as well.
“I don’t want to start school again from the first year. You know I entirely dropped out of school. I didn’t ask for a break.” Pete replied to her nervously. He had enough of the subject. He planned to stay in the hotel until Mork returned. Even if that meant staying there for years, he would do that.
“I asked for a break. For both of you.” Pete’s mom turned her attention to Vee as well. Vee dropped out of school
