I was surprised that my father wasn't more opposed to Claire.
Shortly after Claire entered the house, I received a mind-link from my father.
This was rare. I established the connection.
"You didn't mention your mate was human, Lucius."
"I figured you'd find out when you met her. I didn't see the point in explaining," I responded.
