Roman and I finally emerged from our room and walked to the cells with my parents, and Uncle Joey, Uncle Brandon, Aunt Yesenia, and Adira. Because the between their two cells, and the cells themselves, were so cramped, my parents suggested we chain them outside, but I had a better idea.
"I want to try something." I spoke and everyone looked at me skeptically. I walked up to Kacy and unchained her, knowing she would not do something stupid when she was so outnumbered. I looked her in her eyes and breathed. Then when I could feel her wolf, I tried the same thing with Roman but different. "Come forward." Her eyes instantly changed to black.
