** LANA’S POV **
Derek left to go back to Paris while he asked me to stay back here to check on how things are going on out here. Once things were ok between Dan and me, I started going to office everyday and spent the day looking over things and having meetings with Dan and his team about our needs.
Things were going fine and Dan was not as distant as before but at the same time he was not as free with me as the others. There was a slight set back with the off-shore account of ours which is why I had to stay back in the office premises later than usual. I saw Dan being on the edge the whole day and snapping at his employees for even the smallest of mistakes. Wanting to talk to him about it I went into his office and Dan was sitting at his desk sipping on his drink.
