We were all horrified at Jessup’s revelation. Jay asked the guards, who’d gone to rest in their rooms, to join us in the dining room. All twelve of us sat at one of the biggest tables in the room, and video chatted Sebastien, Jessup, and Havannah.
“So what can we do about this?” Jon asked them.
Sebastien sighed. “Not much, at the moment. It’s not like we can go back in time and keep him from being bitten. And the longer he’s part vampire, the stronger he’ll get. Depending on when he was bitten, which would’ve been sometime in the last fourteen years, he could be a one man army by now – or should I say, a one hybrid army.”
“I was able to go back a little farther in one of the men’s memories and found out that Arthur got himself bitten on purpose,” Jessup told us
