Carley Tonight, the pub is crowded, and I am on the verge of pulling Tristan and Maria to the table in the corner, off to the side of the bar, in the hopes that it will be available. But as my shitty luck would have it, the table is already occupied. I scowl as I observe the group of young, barely old enough to drink boys seated at the table. Dammit, I was hoping for at least a little bit of solitude. I turn to Maria, hoping that she has a plan B when it comes to a quiet table, but she has her eyes on the bar with a pout on her face and disappointed eyes in her eyes.
