We arrived in town and made our way into the office and stationery supplies store. Once we were in there, we began shopping for the items on our book lists. It didn’t take long for us to fill our shopping carts. There was so much we had to get. I was enjoying our shopping trip in the areas where we could buy more personalised items, rather than being stuck with generic items.
Looking over at Cleo, I asked, “Do you want to go and do some clothes shopping when we have finished getting our books and stationery?”
“That would be a good idea. Goddess knows I need new clothes,” she replied.
“Well, any excuse to go shopping is a good excuse, that’s what I always say,” I told her, laughing quietly and making her laugh in return.
