The first day, I trashed our whole floor..couches shredded, vases broken, tables smashed..the second day..I begged on my knees, pleading with the goddess to take me instead. To make it so my Eleanor lives..so our pup lives..the third day, I was silent, watching for any sign of movement, any sign that she was there..that she was listening. It's been four days..four excruciating days.
We finally moved her to our room, after replacing and cleaning up everything. The doctor was able to bring up all of the equipment she needed. That included a heart rate monitor for our pup..the only sound bringing me relief is hearing the whoosh of my precious pup's heartbeat filling the room. I made the doctor keep it on, I needed to have that, I needed to know our pup was okay at all times..i
