I sat up in bed, Damion was by my side and being more attentive than ever..four days I had been asleep..I couldn't believe it. I wish I could say I traveled to some otherworldly dimension and met the moon goddess herself or something..but honestly, I just slept. It only felt like hours to me..not days. I guess I just had over-exerted myself and also having lost all that blood, I was physically and mentally wiped out like never before. I think using those gifts I was given to free Damion and then having them drain and end up so tired was a lot for my body to adjust to. Then that stab wound and the silver making it not heal fast enough..I was done at that point and wanted to just close my eyes and sleep it all off.
