The hardest part of being undercover was acting like Faith was living a normal life. This included shopping for everyday wear, watering houseplants, doing chores in her (temporary) settlement, and even buying groceries felt like some weird act. It was different when she was off-duty. Whenever she pretended to be normal while still undercover, it only made her feel worse. She usually did her errands at night, when there was an easier chance to hide if she ever needed to. Faith also avoided most of the commercial shops, preferring small businesses and establishments.
