HE COULDN'T WAIT

I walked in my own home and found no one

I tried to call but he was nowhere to be seen

Where could he have gone?

I didn't want to accept the truth,not just yet

Of late there has been a little change in everything

I was too dumb to read the signs

I was too scared to accept the truth

I feel homesick in my own home

I miss him yet we still together ,why

I feel the distance yet he's still around

But couldn't be have waited a little bit longer?

Couldn't he at least wait for me,?and explain the sudden change

Then I see him ,packed up his things

I try to calm myself but no he's leaving..

I'm sorry it couldn't work out for me',with that

He walked away,away from me,he didn't even turn back

To look at me,guess he was hurting too

And I release the breathe I've been holding

Finally tears started steaming down my face

'He is gone now for good

As her routine she logged out of her w*****d account.

Lisa loved writing ever since she was in highschool. She used to read novels and the famous known books 'pacesetters'.

She would a times draw during her leisure times. She now ventured into writing poems,it made her write down the feelings of her heart, it made everything to her easy.

She just woke up and decided to write him another poem, it was the last poem he was writing him, he was gone and gone for good never turning back.

She now had her life to focus on, forget about Tyler and move on, after all he was a real devil's incarnate, maybe the dynamic of love would soon change for her.

She yawned and got out of the bed slowly, she walked go the window as it was her norm, she watched the town lazily.

It was a Sunday so she had no proper plans for that day, maybe she'd just go to her room and watch a movie.

She didn't drink much the previous day so she didn't have a hangover or something.

The lovely sight of the town across the bedroom window made her smile with gratification.

The day looked lazy itself so she was bound to being lazy.

After a few minutes of staring at the window, the door was knocked and Adrian entered after she mumbled a welcome in.

" Hey morning Lisa, I hope you had a great night in here"

" Morning too Adrian, yeah the place is cool, I had a great night too thanks"

She turned around and she came face to face with a naked Adrian. He only had his sweats on , he was bare chest and that gave her the chance to ogle and drool over him.

Adrian realised that too but he kept quiet.

He was slowly being attracted to her and that was evident, her presence made him weak.

He walked go where she was and held her hands,she brought her close to him and she didn't resist either.

He went on and circled his arms around her waist and her breathe hitched.

He brought her lips close to his but Lisa faced away embarrassed.

He gave her the questioning glance and Lisa decided to tell him the truth.

" I'm sorry but I haven't brushed my teeth yet, you know the morning breathe"

" Look at me Lisa"

Adrian demanded and she immediately followed his gaze.

" I don't mind the morning breathe or whatever thing you meaning,I just want to kiss you because I can't get enough of you, the moment I stepped in this room , I got the urge to do so but I tried to control myself but then I couldn't wait any longer, please allow me"

Lisa had no otherwise than granting him his wish.

On the other hand, Adrian waited no more, he descended his lips on her and kissed her fervently like his life depended on it.

Lisa was a good kisser and she didn't hold back either,she snaked her arms around his neck and brought his cheeks close to her.

They kissed for a while before breaking apart, the only sound that was heard were Lisa's silent moans and the work of their tongues, they skillfully darted their tongues in their mouth.

Despite Lisa being a virgin, Tyler had taught her much through the little occasions they were both together, she was always afraid of giving out her virginity but still Tyler waited, or maybe he got tired of waiting

Lisa was lost of words, she was still recovering from the mind blowing o****m that Adrian had just given to her and here he was confessing his love to her.

Whatever she felt was something strong but she wasn't sure if it was love so she just kept quiet.

"You don't have to say anything right now Lisa but just know I care for you, that door will lead you to the bathroom, there's an extra towel and an extra toothbrush, I'll bring you something to put on before you take your breakfast"

With that he's was gone,he had ordered for a dress for her so he went to check if the delivery guy was ready.

Lisa walked in the washroom and marveled at the sight of it.

There was a bathtub at the corner, a shower cubicle just after the bathtub,a shower cubicle,a wash basin, a flannel a new toothbrush on the toothbrush holder. This was a sign that the guy lived a good life.

She walked towards the wash basin, applied some toothpaste on it and brushed her teeth silently, she rinsed her mouth and drew a line on her lips just where Adrian had earlier kissed,she wiped her face clean using the flannel and opted for a hot shower

She walked into the shower cubicle and switched for the hot water,as much as the bath tub looked enticing, she wanted running water on her back.

After a few minutes she walked out and grabbed a towel ,wiped herself dry and walked back to the room

She found a new short floral off shoulder dress on the bed.

She applied some oil on her body and put on the dress it perfectly fit her.

She put in her boots , packed her stuff in her bag, took her phone and head out.

Adrian was not in the living room but a certain guy took her yesterday's spot, he immediately faced her direction and smiled.

The guy looked familiar but she was not sure where she saw him,

Just then, Adrian walked in.
