Days moved and turned into weeks, it was time for Adrian Lisa to go back to school and since they were now neighbours it wasn't hard for them to travel together.
Ray together with his mother had managed to sign a few contracts with the government, managed to get business permit and also secured a good place in town in order to start their company. Ray was a businessman partly and a renown lawyer around the country,he had won several cases and starting his own company was his mom's idea, Kate was also a lawyer and seemed he took after his mom's steps.
It was a day before Lisa and Adrian got back to school for the next semester, Ray promised to being over his fiancee to meet his mother, Lisa had never seen her and seemed Ray liked doing his things undercover, apparently they had been seeing each other for a while , he said for almost 3 years and something funny no one from his family was aware of that, Lisa couldn't wait to meet her soon to be sister in-law. Ray had proposed before they moved in to Nairobi and apparently the girl was working in Nairobi too as a lawyer, they say birds of the same feather.
Lisa had just finished her call with Lydia, it was a video call when someone knocked on her room. Her mom walked in after slightly opening the door
"Princess I'm going somewhere and I'll be back before evening, I want you to take good care of the house in my absence okay?"
"Okay mom, I'll do exactly that"
"Ooh and tell Maria to prepare something nice we'll be having a visitor tonight"
"Okay mom,have a safe travel"
Kate was busy with Ray in town, setting up a company wasn't just an easy task, they did whatever they did because they had money and a lot of connections otherwise they wouldn't be where they were at that time. Maria was made the house manager and some two other chefs were employed, a young woman who was to help with cleaning and other chores of the house, a groundsman and a new gate man.
After her mom left, Lisa got in the living room and found Maria organising to prepare lunch, Roy was not around, he had gone with his mother in prepare for school, there were some details they needed before they joined campus now that he had passed so well and was planning to join the University of Nairobi for his medical course.
Lisa delivered the message to Maria and before she could take the stairs to her room, the door bell rang, Maria made to go and open but she beat her up to that.
"Sorry late me check who's at the door" she said as she walked to open the door.
She was surprised to see Adrian, looking all heavenly handsome and glorious in a black ripped jeans, a white fitting T-shirt and black Timberlands, he had done his hair, and the sideburns were looking cute on him.
"Ooh..welcome in" Lisa said, she was dumbfounded and lost of words,in front of her was the love of her life, looking all handsome
"Are you surprised to see me here?" Adrian asked and winked at her.
" Of course no, it's just that.."
"Ooh I'm extremely handsome today, don't be shy baby, I gat you today", he said as he gave her a tight hug and gave her a kiss on her forehead all this while Maria watching silently, she was happy for Lisa, for the time she had stayed with her, she knew she had finally found happiness in Adrian.
"Ooh afternoon Maria" Adrian said as he gave her his hand
"Afternoon Adrian, I can see you came to see Lisa, you guys loon cute together" she commented and Lisa blushed profusely
"Aaw thanks auntie" Lisa said and Maria smiled
"Anytime", Maria said and she started walking towards the kitchen, but before she could disappear, she turned back and faced them
"And one more thing Adrian", she said and Adrian turned to look at her,"don't break her heart, for the time I've know her, you make her happy, please keep it that way", she said and disappeared in the kitchen.
"Don't worry baby,I'm her to stay and I love you"
"I love you too Adrian" Lisa said and they started walking towards her room, before they could turn the door knob someone cleared their throat from downstairs and they turned back to see who was it
"The new lovebirds in town",Lisa's Grandma said from downstairs,she was from the garden
"Grandma stop it" Lisa said amidst her laugh.
"I know you like it that way, anyway princess are you aware your brother is bringing her girl over for introduction today?"
"Of course grandma I'm aware, how wouldn't I know of such an important issue?"
"Ooh that's good if you know, I want you to be around okay?" But before she could answer, Adrian beat her up to it
"Grandma I wanted to steal her for a few hours before I bring her back" he said and Lisa gave her the questioning look
"Of course I knew those were you intentions young man but make sure you bring her early"
"I will grandma"
"And please drive safe guy this is a city you know and anything can happen anytime"
After that, they both walked into her room. Immediately Adrian plopped himself on the couch, Lisa started throwing tantrums.
"Babe you didn't tell me you taking me out"
"I know I didn't tell you but I was planning to"
"When?" She asked as she sat beside him
"Of course today, I was planning to tell you after we came in here, now stop wasting time and change into something presentable we running out if time"
"You mean this is not presentable?" She asked mischievously, she was in her baggy black shorts and a white tank top and her white flip flops
" Come on babe, we can't go out in that you know"
"I don't have any clothes to put on, you could've told me before you came here, I'm sure I could've found something to wear before you came in"
"Come on stop complaining, you have a closet full of clothes and yet you complaining you have nothing to put on, let me help you get something, I'm taking you somewhere", he said and stood up from the couch, walked towards her walk in closet, as Lisa made her way to her bathroom to take a quick shower
After rummaging through her clothed for a while, he settled for a black ripped high waist jeans and a white off shoulder crop top,be set them on the bed and after a few minutes Lisa walked back in in a white towel she took the clothes and made to walk back in the bathroom before Adrian held her hand.
"Come on where do you think you're going?"
"To wear my clothes obviously" she said as she smiled
"Oh but I don't think you should take the task of going to the bathroom because I'm here,plus it's not like I've never seen you naked before, stop being dumb and put on your clothes from here, don't tell me you're shy" he asked while winking at her mischievously
"Who said I'm shy? I just want some privacy huh?"
"Privacy my foot hurry up, in fact I'm the one to choose what colour of panties you going to where"
" You're so damn naughty and nasty"
"For you yes baby, I am" he said as he stood up and walked towards her.
After a few minutes, she was done and they both walked out of the house, she bade her grandma goodbye and walked towards the car packed just outside their mansion, Adrian opened the passenger's door for her and closed it behind her. After adjusting there seat belts they drove off to town
