JASPER’S POV
We finally arrived at the pack house after a long drive, the distance between the mansion that we lived in and the pack house wasn’t that big but for some reason today it kind of felt like it was a long journey. I just wanted to see myself before the elders and before Ruth and confront her about what she had done. I didn’t care what her reasons for calling a meeting with the elders were but I was about to not only gate crush it but I wanted to destroy whatever hope she had at taking over the pack. There was no way that she was ever going to overthrow me as the alpha of this pack.
As we pulled into the driveway I could see by the reactions of the guards that there was some tension here, this made me wonder what Ruth had told the pack. It was pretty clear to me that her lies
