Danny’s Point of View
Everything happened in warp speed until I heard Akito’s voice, then it felt like I was moving in slow motion through mud to get inside the hut.
“Akito!” I threw myself on top of him crying like a baby. “I can’t believe it’s you! Akito you’re alive!” His hair was very long, and his clothes were in tatters which he never would’ve tolerated in another space and time. Besides that, he looked as vibrant as he did the last time I saw him.
“Danny, my son!” He hugged me while keeping his eyes on Bastien.
“What the f**k is happening?!” Bastien was beside himself, he was ecstatic to see Akito alive but at the same time confused and angry that he was protecting Stacia. “Akito, come out here and talk to me! You don’t f*****g flinch!” He pointed and roared at Stacia.
