Fire Truthfully, I didn't know what I had been thinking when I came down here on my own. Maybe it was my own ego that wanted to do everything her way and actually know something before the know-it-alls. I knew it was stupid trying to play being the hero but I couldn't help it. The fire inside of me burned even more with the adrenaline coursing through my body. It was kind of like an addiction.
