All proposals should be in blue folders but when accepted and signed, they should be in green.
The files in the office were color-coded. It is easier that way when a person tries to find a specific document.
Carmen has been in the office since nine o’clock this morning. The first thing that she did today was print the three proposals from Prima’s business email. It was included in the notes that Dana left last Saturday.
Prima’s assistant was on maternity leave starting today. She will be a full-time mother for the next six months. For the time being, Carmen will be the alpha’s assistant.
