I was pleased that the pack had accepted Amie as their Luna. I wanted to have her ceremony as soon as possible. I couldn’t wait to make it official. I felt like an i***t for ever listening to my father’s rubbish about mates making you weak. If I hadn’t caved to his way of thinking and had that spell placed on me, then i would have recognised Amie as my mate back when I first met her in Dawn Sky. If only I had, then all of this could have been avoided. Natalie would never have been Luna and could never have tried to take the pack the way that she had.
