After everyone had gone, we had spent hours fixing as much of the damage that had been caused by those pricks as we could. We had started by getting my pack members back into their homes. Eventually, I had collapsed into bed exhausted. I quickly fell into a deep yet uneasy sleep. My memories flooded back and played out like a movie in my mind as I slept. I watched in horror as I denied Holly. I saw the hurt that was so clear on her beautiful face. I wanted so badly to change what was happening, but I could only watch.
