"Mommy! Help! It hurts. Make it stop," Aiden cries.
I jump out of bed and run to the living room to see Aiden with bloody clothes crying hysterically. What's going on?
BANG! "umph, ouch."
I turn around to see Violet falling against a stone wall that looks familiar. "Violet!"
Before I can move, Ryker stalks towards Violet picking her up by her throat. "Put her down," I yell. He throws Violet, sending her flying into another wall.
"Stop! Why did you do that!?!?" I yell. Ryker looks at me with bright red eyes.
