Perfect night

We arrive at a small sushi cafe. I frown. How strange. If he wanted sushi we could have just gone to the sushi restaurant in town which is just walking distance from my house. "I love sushi!" I exclaim. Trey chuckles. "Yeah, I know," he tells me. I give him a surprised look. This guy is weird. I think he is a stalker. "How?" I question. He shrugs. "That is classified information," he jokes. I decide to not question him anymore and just go with the flow. Trey opens my door for me and helps me step out of the massive car. This car is so tall it takes all my energy to get out of it. Trey attempts to take my hand. But I choose to ignore it. He leads me to the sushi store with a huge smile on his face. "I really hope you like this," he states as we make it to the door. Being the gentleman he is, he opens the door for me where I am greeted by a smiling older man. "Hello! Welcome to Sushama!" he chirps. His eyes move from me to Trey who walks in behind me.  "Master Trey!" he exclaims, his eyes grow wider and brighter. "We were expecting you!" he smiles. A woman comes towards us and takes our coats for us. "Diana will lead you to your table, I shall meet you there shortly," he informs us. I give him a soft smile and follow Diana to our table. We walk past all the regular tables which are very common to sushi bars. Pretty Japanese decorations paired with a few candles and soy sauce for the food. But Diana leads us behind a curtain and into a private room, secluded from the rest of the restaurant. A long table is placed in the middle of the room with two seats for Trey and I. To my surprise there is an additional table, slightly smaller, placed across from the two seats but it has no seat for someone to sit on. Very strange. I look at Trey who gives me a small smile. "Ladies first," he says as he pulls out my chair for me. What a gentleman. I sit down and make myself comfortable. I look around the room, it's decorated with traditional Japanese paintings and is dimly lit, creating a comfortable and romantic atmosphere.  "Have you been here before?" I ask him. He laughs. "Obviously, how do you think the owners know me so well," he states. I blush. What a stupid question. "I come here quite often actually. I am a huge fan of sushi, and this is the best sushi restaurant I have ever been in," he explains. I nod. I am excited to eat. I am starving and love sushi. Within minutes, the man who greeted us at the door comes into the room. He lights some scented candles for us to set the mood. I look around to try see if there is a menu or something to order from but there isn't. The man leaves the room and shortly returns with a tray of various ingredients. Two women follow him with trays of their own. They place the trays down on the table in front of us. After further inspection I realise that the trays contain ingredients to make all types of sushi. I give Trey an excited look. Are they going to make the sushi fresh in front of us?  The man proceeds to do just that. He tells us the name of the sushi roll and begins to explain all the different ingredients that go into it. White we taste each piece of delicious sushi, he tells us about the history of sushi and some brief history of Japan. I am so intrigued. I listen to every word he says and try take in as much information as possible, hoping that one day I will be able to recreate these dishes at home. The food he produces is incredible. I can't get enough of it. Each piece he creates has a unique taste and unique ingredients. I completely lose track of time. I am enjoying myself so much. Trey also seems to be having a good time. We talk about how tasty the food is and Trey tells me more about how he discovered this restaurant in the first place.  "It was totally worth the drive!" I exclaim as the chef hands us our last piece of sushi. I am full to the max but I wish we could continue eating all night long. We finish our Japanese tea to the sound of traditional Japanese music. I feel relaxed and happy. I haven't enjoyed myself like this in a very long time. "So what happens now?" I ask, expecting us to drive back to my house since my 'curfew' is quickly approaching. I want Trey to make a good impression on my family and dropping me home late is probably not the best idea.  "I have another surprise," he tells me. My eyes widen. If it is more food, I don't think I can fit in any more. We say goodbye to the chef and I thank him again for the incredible experience. I promise that I will return again soon to eat even more of his food. "Any friend of Trey's is our friend," says the man as he hugs me goodbye. I blush and we leave to get into the car.  The drive to our next destination is quick. He pulls the car into a parking space just on the edge of a low cliff. I didn't expect there to be cliffs in the area. We must have driven very far from home. "So, this is the part where you murder me, huh?" I joke. Trey doesn't seem to enjoy my joke. He growls. "I'd never hurt you," he says in a grumpy voice. I chuckle uncomfortably. "I was joking," I explain. Trey gets out of the car and goes to the boot where he pulls out a couple of items. "Follow me," he orders. I do as I am told. I don't want to annoy a big muscular man while we are alone on the edge of a cliff.  Trey leads me to a little area among trees to shield us from the cool breeze. he sets up a few blankets and pillows on the soft grass and invites me to sit beside him. I shrug and get down on the blankets. To my surprise, it is actually quite comfortable. It is already dark so the moon and stars decorate the sky above the water. It is quite magical. We sit in silence for a while as I admire the beautiful reflections in the water. "This place is beautiful," I state. "How did you find it?" I ask. Trey smiles. "I come here when I want to clear my head. Not many people come here so it is perfect when I want to stay away from other," he explains. I yawn.  "Why would you want to stay away from others?" I ask. Trey rolls his neck. "My job, well, my role, it's very stressful sometimes. I have to deal with a lot of pressure and a lot of people from various packs. So, sometimes when I need a break I go out for a run and usually end up here," he explains. I gasp. "You can run this far?" I question. That is very impressive. He chuckles and nods his head.  I shiver. It is starting to get cold now that it is night time. Trey notices this and he wraps a soft blanket around my shoulders, but he leaves his arm around me, snuggling me closer to his body for some body warmth. I don't hesitate to lay my head on his shoulder as I cuddle up to his warm body. This feels nice. I feel comfortable and safe in his arms. This night was a success.
