Chapter 9 In Rain’s entrance, Tristan shut the door and leaned back on it, a little unsure of what he should do. This morning, he’d picked up Pip from Bernie’s and Rachel’s, and then together, they’d gone to the hospital to get Rain, who’d been cleared for check-out at eight A.M. Pip and Rain had been quiet during the ride back and now Tristan didn’t know if he should stay or leave. “Whoa,” Rain said, leaning on the entrance wall for support.
