Evangelina’s POV
This past week was pretty much the same thing every day. Wake up from the pain of a cheating mate, Veena whimpering in my head for her loss of mate. Baking, training, meeting with Esmorelda on the progress of a missing memory potion or spell, then more training. I busied myself with training for all classes. Everybody was making great progress. Dinner came and then games or a movie in the game room. Our group has grown quite close in the past week. I find Jaxon giving me looks and sometimes making comments, but nothing like that day.
Today was a little different though, last night was the first night in a week that I wasn’t awoken with the betrayal pains. I woke up with a rejuvenated sense of energy.
I skip down the stairs and notice that Jax and Linc were in the kitc
