Evangelina’s POV
While I waited for the newly mated wolves to come back to the office I went to the kitchens and made some breakfast food for everyone. I know I didn’t eat yet and I guarantee that the girls didn’t either, since they ran straight here. One of my kitchen wolves helped me bring all the food up to my office. I would rather eat and talk about what’s next at the same time, being that it is just a matter of time before somebody comes knocking at the pack’s door.
As I sit and wait, watching the training going on outside the packhouse I finally hear a knock at my door. I get up and open it to reveal all four of them waiting to enter the office.
I smile lightly and open the door further for them to enter. I hear Tali and Nali’s hearts speed up, telling me that they are nervous.
