Chapter 27 - The Warning
Thomas' POV
I watch Emily and my sister get up from the table and make their way towards their respective rooms. I can't help the smile that stretches on my lips when I look at Emily. This woman has literally turned my life upside down and kept me on my toes since the very moment I met her, and to top it all off she did an amazing job at tracking down the pearl ring. It might not be the same ring that's being auctioned off, but thanks to Emily, I know that Franco Toretti has come in contact with my mother's pearl ring at some point.
My mother. I bet she would have loved Emily. I groan, causing the same nosey old men at the table next to me, to look my way again with curious eyes.
