He gives me a smile and gestures to a seat. “Have a seat Tamara.” He says sweetly. Tamara? Does he know my name? Of course you stupid! You told the guard who you are. I’m so confused. Will he still be smiling after I tell him what I’m about to? I don’t know and it scares me. I again want to run away but because I’m here, I better get done with it. I sit down nervously and fiddle with my fingers looking at everything in the study but him. This place is big and magnificent. The couches in this office reek of richness. A mahogany table is at the middle of the room. There is a chair behind it where Wilson, sorry, my dad, is seated. My eyes travel to the cabinets which are stuffed with files and books. There are beautiful chairs opposite Mr. Wilson’s chair. I know they cost him a fortune
