~ Jerome Hill Trevor (Jem) ~ While waiting for Valentina and Senator Warren to come, I try the new equipment. It’s the first time I’ll climb, so I’m nervous. First, I watch Youtube for instructions on how to use the equipment. After that, I start climbing. Since safety is the most important, approximately three or four feet I can climb, I stop and make sure the pegs grip on the wall tightly. Our camp is short. It’s only a one-story building. So, I should practice at my apartment later. But for a start, it’s good. After halfway, I speed up, and somehow, I feel my body is moving faster. It’s such a moment of adrenaline rush. I climb higher and higher. Finally, I reach the roof. I take a deep breath first, and then I glance at my wrist—ten minutes. It’s too long for a one-story building
