I finish writing the OTS report and credit assessment, then sending it to Wayne through email. For alibi, later I also send Wayne of Valentina’s CV. I just wrote that Valentina would join the internship program, and now she helps me with the OTS and builds relationships with our clients.
The manager and assistant manager of BRC have the right to choose and accept any apprentice and their position. But at the same time, we also need to give an accountability report on why we choose the apprentices.
