Valentina hasn’t returned yet. I hope she is okay. Meanwhile, the officer comes again. “Mr. Trevor, please follow me.”
I walk to the door. When Officer Williams opens the bar, I follow him to a room. It seems it is an interrogation room. There is paper and pen on the table, but none is there.
“Wait here, sir. Our inspector will talk with you,” Officer Williams says.
“Inspector? Gabriel Moore?” I ask.
Officer Williams raises his head to stare at me. “How do you know his name?”
“He talked with me during the hostage situation at BRC last week.”
The officer then puts his hand on his chin. “So, you’re the hero at that time.” He keeps staring at me for a few seconds. “Then why are you involved in this problem? Did someone set you up?”
