After Rashaad and Akira arrived for their afternoon shifts, we discussed briefly what happened with the rogues. Dad and a few of the elders volunteered to run patrol tonight so we could all have the night off, but we still needed to be on high alert for further danger.
It was clear that the rogues we faced today were sent to test our abilities before King Jett finally launched his attack. I had an impending doom kind of feeling that we were no longer waiting to initiate the start of the war; he was going to bring it to us. Tonight, we planned to "talk" with the surviving rogue that was captured, hoping to gain some more answers.
