I felt pure raw power pulsing through my veins. The intensity of it was almost too much to bear as I looked down at my only purpose. I could still feel Arubos inside of me but now, it was almost like we had become one. Like our souls had blended and unified us whereas before we were simply attached to one another.
But now I couldn't hear his thoughts, because instead, they were my own.
"Kamaris." Amira's sweet voice called to me, that pain in her eyes now gone and only filled with wonder as she clung to me tightly.
"So? Should we be running?" Cinead asked, making my gaze drag towards him.
I tried to assess my feelings..wondering if I had changed in any other way. If anything I felt more for Amira, knowing she sacrificed everything just to bring me back.
