Fern’s mate shocked me when he said Ian resembled his brother, but it all made sense somehow. He kind of looked like Ian. The resemblance wasn’t strong enough to immediately identify them as related, but it was believable. The urge to protect her was strong. She was dear to Ian and I could feel how happy he was to see her safe and sound. It made me just as happy to see her.
