I looked down at where his paw was trapping me. Though my belly and legs were normally white, the rest of me was a range of gray and black that got darker near my tail, and my entire tail was black. Only now, the white from his leg was spreading to the dark parts of my coat. I hyperventilated, and a whine came from me as his coloring bleached all the beautiful shades and tones of mine until I was as white as him.
The blue markings on his fur lit up, and some of that blue light started flowing over my fur. It wrapped around my head, by my ears, around what would be the wrist of my left front leg, and the toe that would have been my left ring finger. The marking looked like a braided cord. It flashed and settled into my fur.
