The police have been in and out of the hospital since I arrived, getting statements from all of us about waht had happened tonight. I have also been poked multiple times and had a slew of tests and images done by the nurses and doctors. Many of them are surprised that I was able to hold onto my pregnancy through everything that I have been through not only tonight but in the past couple of months. But somehow, by the grace of God, the twins were okay. How, I still don’t know, but a part of me deep in my heart knew it was because of my parents. Now I am not your overly religious type of person, but I just have a gut feeling that they have been protecting me and the twins from the other side if there really is one.
