"Lumi!" Sterling yelled. The sound of something hitting the door exploded through the room as I held my hands up, trying to stop the spraying water.
"Sterling, help!" I rushed, hearing Cascadia laughing in the back of my mind as I continued getting drenched.
Before I could process what was going on, the door flew open, hitting the wall with a bang and making me yelp.
I turned my head, looking towards Sterling as his Amber eyes glowed brightly. The intensity and worry in his gaze made my heart skip a beat as he assessed the situation.
