The tension in the room grew, especially from the two men that came in after Connor. Tazanna’s gaze seemed to be pulled towards them, her body coming alive once again. She kept her smile in place as she fought to appear calm while her body was raging at her. She could feel every single hair on her body stand up as the blond one’s gray eyes perused her body. She felt her breathing quicken as the one with dark hair seemed to be sniffing the air. She wanted to run away but her body felt like lead.
“You two know each other?” Sam, her manager, enquired as he walked towards her.
