"Well look who's down here with me." Serena laughed as soon as the guards threw me into the cell right next to hers. The only thing that separated us was pieces of iron and I wanted nothing more than to reach between them and choke her for the evil and satisfied expression on her features.
The look on her face told me that she already knew that something like this would happen. She knew her father well; she knew that he wouldn't let me get away with what I'd tried to do. He'd probably come down here and told her of his plan already and she was just waiting to rub it into my face.
