When Selene suggested that she had a plan on how we could turn the tide in our favor I never thought there was antthing that could be done, let alone expect her to tell me that she intended to go back to the very place that had tried to break her. However, part of the promise that I had made to myself was that I would trust her and allow her to lead when she aske me to.
I still wasn’t sure of what the future held for our bond but if allowing her to lead me was going to gain me any favor from her I was willing to do it. If taking advice from her was going to make her want to stay with me then it was definitely something that I was willing to do. I was willing to put my pride aside and let her see that I had change and was still willing to change parts of me that she didn’t like.
