Kendall hugged me the second I got to her. Zoe stood right beside her, smiling wide. Alex grabbed my arm, still holding his sign.
"You were insane," Kendall said, looking up at me. "I still can’t believe that shot."
"Three goals," Zoe added. "You're going to be the talk of campus."
"Two goals," I said. "One was an empty net."
Alex looked up at me. "That one was still good. You won it."
I patted his back. "You were loud. I saw you with that sign."
"You saw it?"
"Of course I did. Hard to miss."
We took a few pictures together. Zoe took one of me and Kendall and then one with Alex jumping in. After that, we headed out of the arena. I had my arm around Kendall. Zoe walked on the other side of Alex, still asking him about his favorite part.
