It was tense around the house today. Jaxson left early this morning for the city since it was Theodore's trial, while the rest of us stayed home.
Hunter and I offered for one of us to go with him, but Jaxson wanted us to stay with Aurelia since she was getting close to her heat. She wasn’t do to start for another few days but just in case it started early he wanted us both here.
It made sense that Jaxson was the one going to the trial since what Theodore did to him was personal. After all, Theodore had locked him in a dungeon for over a month. I had no doubt Jaxson looked forward to seeing him pay for his crimes.
Aurelia wasn't thrilled when she found out he was going alone. She tried to convince him to take us, but in true Jaxson form, he held his ground.
