The excitement was palpable as we walked to our appointment. I loved how happy he was with the news and to see the little one. He was funny when he got upset over the internal scan, I had heard mates were not happy about this process, but he would have to suck it up as we needed to make sure everything was fine.
I had thought that I had heard a second heartbeat, but I didn’t want to hope too much and be disappointed. When she confirmed we were having twins and that they were fraternal, I was over the moon, but not as much as Marcus.
