“That little girl looked just like you and your sisters when you were little. I could tell that you didn’t want to leave her” Marcus says to me as soon as we are back home.
“Ash feels a bond with her, I think she is Sophia’s daughter, I want to give her a home” I tell him as his eyes soften.
“If you want to bring her home with us, I will love her just as much as the two you are carrying. How could I not love a mini version of you. What if she is not Sophia’s daughter?” He asks.
