She walked out of the hospital after sleeping most of the afternoon and some of the night, uncaring of the advice given to her by the nurses and then Carlos himself, but she did not want to be in that Luna's Medical Suite anymore, and had enough strength to get out of the bed and walk.
She was barely outside the front doors when she saw Jace coming, running towards her. She rolled her eyes and wondered why he bloody bothered at all. She wasn’t on her own. There was a nurse walking with her. Carlos had insisted on it, seeing that she wouldn’t stay in the hospital.
“Why are you up and ignoring the doctor’s orders?” he asked, coming to a stop just before her. “You need to be in the hospital, Nora.”
