Caden’s POV
“I did promise you dinner and a show,” I whispered near Parker’s ear. She shivered as I spoke, and seeing me so close to Parker, started Ginger up.
“I didn’t know I was banned; I was never told. Cassidy said you were having dinner at the diner and invited me to join you. I came over only to straighten out the misunderstanding that occurred last week. I didn’t want Caden, or any of you, to think badly of me,” Ginger replied to Hazel.
Ginger was calmer this time, but her eyes were fixed on Parker. She looked like she wanted to tear her apart. I glanced over to make sure that Colton saw just how mad she was.
